In Language Arts we enjoy Reader's Workshop, Writer's Workshop, and Fundations. Some of our favorite authors are Cynthia Rylant, Mem Fox , Tomie dePaola, Mo Willems and Todd Parr.

In Math we develop number sense, addition and subtraction strategies, place value, and time.

In Science, we study life cycles of plants and animals, air and weather, and animals through year long units of study.

In Social Studies we study geography, self in society and calendar and holidays.

We will take a field trip to the apple orchard and Wheelock Family Theater

Our specials are:
Art, Media, P.E., Music, Spanish and S.T.E.A.M.
